Ron loves arguing with AT&T. But beyond this I have a warning for all AT&T customers: Yesterday we got an email from AT&T stating that they were charging us $45 for James' iPhone 5 that we turned in due to damage. So Ron promptly called them and refused to pay the fee. During the call we found out that AT&T's system sent out this email in mass. They are working on resolving the issue but for all of you that didn't get the email because of spam filters, bad addresses, or just dumb luck, your account is still subject to being charged. They will eventually refund your money when the problem is resolved. We will not have the charge hit our account because we filed a case to have it stopped. Our account will be fixed before the masses because of the case file. In closing... Good luck to the masses of the unaware.
